When I look at what Elevate has become, I don’t just see a real estate team — I see years of growth, resilience, belief, and people who chose to build something meaningful together. Everything this team stands for today is deeply personal to me, and much of it was shaped long before Elevate ever existed.

I was raised by immigrant parents who came to this country searching for a better life for their children. They didn’t speak the English language, and from an early age I learned what responsibility looked like. Later in my childhood, my mother became a single parent after surviving domestic abuse — a chapter of our lives that changed everything. What stayed with me most wasn’t the hardship itself, but the strength she showed in choosing to leave, to protect her children, and to keep moving forward no matter how difficult the road became. She worked tirelessly, often holding multiple jobs, doing whatever was necessary to provide for my brother and me. She never complained. She never gave up. She fought quietly, consistently, and with more courage than I realized at the time. Watching her rebuild our lives taught me resilience, compassion, and the importance of standing strong even when life feels uncertain.

Those lessons followed me into adulthood and ultimately into real estate, which I entered at just 18 years old. Very quickly, I learned that this business is about far more than buying and selling homes. It’s about stability, security, and helping people take one of the most meaningful steps of their lives. Being able to one day help my mother achieve the dream of homeownership remains one of my proudest moments and continues to remind me why this career means so much to me.

Years later, that same foundation led Chris and I to build our team, originally founded as The SC Group. From the beginning, our goal was never just growth or numbers — it was to create an environment where agents felt supported, protected, and genuinely cared for. As the team grew, we watched our agents reach milestones, find confidence, and build businesses they were proud of. With that growth came a deeper responsibility to lead with intention and create something that truly reflected the people behind it.

That evolution is what led to Elevate. We knew it was time for a brand rooted in purpose rather than initials — one that represented higher standards, stronger leadership, and a commitment to our agents. Elevate was built to put people first, to protect trust and privacy, to deliver meaningful education, and to provide the structure and support needed for long-term success. At its core, Elevate exists because I believe people thrive when they feel valued, guided, and empowered.

This team is dedicated to the same strength my mother showed every day — courage, perseverance, and the belief that where you begin does not define where you can go. Elevate is more than a team; it’s a community built on integrity, accountability, and shared success.
